- Take jawar flour, rice flour in a deep plate, to that add salt to taste.

- Once dough cools a bit, start to knead dough and continue to knead for at least 5 minutes.
- For best result gather all dough and press it using palms of your hand.
- Dust dry flour over rolling board and start to pat it to flatten it in to round bread or bhakri.
- Heat up skillet or tawa, place bhakri, the side on which we applied dry flour it should face upward.
- As soon as you place bhakri, apply water on the top of bhakri and spread water evenly all over bhakri.
- Roast it just till the time water starts to evaporate from the top side of bhakri.
- Now flip the bhakri and cook from other side for just 2 mts. At this point of time you can increase the gas heat.
- Now put skillet away from gas heat, lift bhakri using tong and roast it on direct gas heat from both the sides.
- Serve hot with a dollop of ghee over it.
Tips:
- Use of rice flour is optional.
- Make sure skillet is just enough hot and not extremely hot when you place bhakri over skillet.
