Introduction:
These are savoury besan bites which are served as a side dish or can be had with dipped in curry, to make that in to Patwadi Curry. Makes a great dish when you run out of vegetables!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Besan
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- pinch of Hing
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Method
- First mix besan with water in to mixing bowl to make it in to smooth paste.
- Now heat up oil in a pan.
- After oil is hot add cumin seeds and hing.
- Then add grated ginger and chilli paste and cook for a minute.
- Lower down the heat, add turmeric powder, mix very well.
- Now pour besan paste, mix very well.
- Add salt to taste.
- Cover and cook on a very low heat until raw smell from besan goes away.
- Add lemon juice and again give that a good mix.
- After the besan is cooked, transfer that on to separate dish.
- Grease hand with out and knead the besan mixture in to soft dough.
- Spread out the dough evenly on to greased dish.
- Cut that in to desired shape.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and freshly scraped coconut!
