Introduction:
Very nice and tasty variation for regular aloo dish. This aloo sabzi tastes fabulous with yogurt on the side. Very simple and fatafat recipe!

Ingredients:
- 1 large boiled Potato
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanut powder
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
Method
- Add ghee and cumin seeds in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 3 mts on high power.
- Add boiled potato, corasely ground peanuts, green chillies, salt to taste and micorwave for 1 minute.
- Add chopped corainder leaves and microwave for another minute.
- Serve hot with Varai bhat, amti or with just plane yogurt!
Tips:
- Add some lemon juice if you want littel sour taste to dish.
- Can also add soaked sago seeds in to it to make sabudana khichdi.
