Upasachi batata Bhaji

Introduction:

Very nice and tasty variation for regular aloo dish. This aloo sabzi tastes fabulous with yogurt on the side. Very simple and fatafat recipe!
Preparation time : 5 mts
Cooking time : 5 mts
Serves : 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 large boiled Potato
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanut powder
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves

Method

  • Add ghee and cumin seeds in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 3 mts on high power.
  • Add boiled potato, corasely ground peanuts, green chillies, salt to taste and micorwave for 1 minute.
  • Add chopped corainder leaves and microwave for another minute.
  • Serve hot with Varai bhat, amti or with just plane yogurt!

Tips:
  • Add some lemon juice if you want littel sour taste to dish.
  • Can also add soaked sago seeds in to it to make sabudana khichdi.
